Human and mouse reference genomes plus annotations for RICO (rDNA copy number pipeline)

This dataset contains the reference files required to run the RICO pipeline for estimating ribosomal DNA (rDNA) copy number (CN) and methylation from long-read Oxford Nanopore sequencing data. The tar.gz includes reference data for both human and mouse samples. Contents: Human: GRCh38 reference genome with five concatenated rDNA repeats (rDNA reference used: KY962518.1) rDNA gene annotation BED file Single-copy gene (SCG) BED panels (SCG-1, SCG-2, SCG-3) Mouse: GRCm39 reference genome with five concatenated rDNA repeats (rDNA reference used: BK000964.3) rDNA gene annotation BED file SCG BED panel These reference files are required for running the RICO pipeline:https://github.com/comprna/RICO The reference bundle is distributed as a compressed tar archive containing the full ref/ directory.
