The left hand page shows admissions to the Asylum of unwell people and records the disease or illness they suffered from. The right hand page shows discharges of patients and also records the disease or illness for which they were treated.This series is contained in the same volume as the series Superintendent's medical reports , and starts at the back of the volume. It also appears to have been kept by the Superintendent of the Asylum. (6/4721 part). 1 vol (part).
