Metagenomic DNA from the two environmental water samples was extracted according to the protocol of the Bacteria DNA Kit (Tiangen Biotech Co., LTD., China). The concentrations of the extracted DNA was measured using a Qubit 3 fluorometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., USA). The metagenomic sequencing of the genomic and plasmid DNA was conducted by NovoGene (Shanghai, China) on the Illumina Novaseq platform with a PE150 strategy.
