PLU Évry - Courcouronnes

The local urban planning plan or PLU is the municipal planning document. It is founded by the Urban Solidarity and Renewal Act (SRU) of 13 December 2000, replacing the Sols Occupation Plan (POS). The PLU in force at Courcouronnes, the revision of which was prescribed on 26 June 2014, was approved on 22 June 2017 and amended on 12 December 2019. The PLU in force in Evry, the revision of which was prescribed on 26 June 2014, was approved on 26 September 2019.
