Evaluating UCE data adequacy in a comprehensive phylogeny of ants

For this study we generated new Ultraconserved Element (UCE) data for representatives of 176 ant genera and four outgroups. Combined with published data, we used these sequences to infer a comprehensive phylogeny of ants. Deposited here are the adapter-trimmed raw read sequence data, containing both on-target reads assembling to UCE loci and off-target reads.
