资源简介:
Objective: Neodymium:Thorium-Aluminum-Garnet (Nd:YAG) laser and vagina as energy-based devices (EBDs) for superficial dyspareunia in postmenopausal women (PMW) suffering from genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM). We aimed to evaluate the long-term efficacy of an erbium laser (VEL) combination treatment (VEL+Nd:YAG). METHODS: This study included a breast cancer survivor (BCS), sexually active her PMW reporting superficial dyspareunia as a GSM. 256 patients with either VEL+Nd:YAG or VEL were enrolled. We then retrospectively compared the 2-year postoperative data using propensity score matching analysis. Symptoms were assessed using the Subjective Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) of Superficial Dyspareunia (VAS) before each laser treatment, immediately after each laser treatment, and for 24 months after the end of treatment.
