Decreased Ktrans with cediranib/SC68896 treatment is largely related to decreased rCBV and vessel surface area.

The Ktrans/rCBV ratio is plotted versus the time from tumor growth initiation for the different treatment groups. Dashed line was fit to the mean values of the various treatment groups (posttreatment means excluded the SC68896 group). Similar values of Ktrans/rCBV for the untreated, cediranib, and cediranib/SC68896 groups were observed at the 10 day time point. Moderately but significantly higher values were observed in the SC68896 group versus untreated (ptrans/rCBV was relatively stable over time. See text for details.
