<b>Divergence and convergence in epiphytic and endophytic phyllosphere bacterial communities of rice landraces</b>

Phyllosphere microbiomes have a huge impact on their host plant fitness. However, the processes governing the structure and assembly of epiphytic and endophytic bacterial phyllosphere communities for a given plant are poorly understood. Using 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing, we tracked these communities from multiple rice landraces for three consecutive years.
