Atosiban versus nifedipine for the management of preterm labor: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

This dataset contains the data synthesis and supplementary materials for a systematic review and meta-analysis comparing the efficacy and safety of atosiban versus nifedipine in the management of preterm labor. The study synthesizes data from six randomized controlled trials comprising 1,070 patients.
