Metagenomic sequencing of anaerobic transformation system of PCMX

Microorganisms in the system can convert p-chloro-m-xylenol to 3, 5-dimethylphenol under anaerobic conditions. Through molecular biological analysis, the key microorganism in the conversion process is Dehalococcoides, and related reducing dehalogenase has been found.
