This dataset contains 7000 tactile edge-feature images collected by tactile sensors during random contact with square stimuli. It also includes various noisy contact depth maps generated in simulation, which are used for training the Tactile Salience Network (TacSalNet). Additionally, the real tactile images are specifically dedicated to training the Contact Depth Network (ConDepNet). In terms of scale, this dataset has a total of 7000 tactile images, and its target tasks are tactile salience prediction and contact pose estimation.
