4Gdb: A genomic and genetic information database for global glacier microbiomes. 4Gdb integrates microbiome data from 1,213 samples collected from 77 glaciers across 15 countries, including 1,005 isolates and 208 metagenomic samples, and constructs a 61 Gb non-redundant reference genome set and a 42 Gb non-redundant reference gene set.
