Estrogen Receptor Activation Time Course at 3, 6, 12 & 24h in MCF7, T47D and MDA-MB-231 with and without ZMIZ1 knockdown

To establish the role of ZMIZ1 in the Estrogen Recptor complex we undertook an time course following estrogen stimulation with and without ZMIZ1 knockdown monitored by RNA-seq. Overall design: ZMIZ1 was knocked down in two ER+ cell lines (MCF7 and T47D) and in one ER negative cell line (MDA-MB-231) 24 hours before stimulating with estrogen. RNA-seq data was then collected for four isogenic replicates at 3h, 6h, 12h and 24h after stimulation with estrogen. siCTRL, RNAiMAX only and EtOH controls were included.
