This dataset contains multispectral orthophotos of rapeseed fields located in the Podlasie region of eastern Poland.
A subset of the fields experienced wildlife damage during the early stages of crop development, prior to data acquisition.
The imagery was acquired using a DJI Mavic 3M UAV flying a regular grid pattern with 75% image overlap and the camera oriented nadir (pointing downward).The following imaging modalities are available:- RGB image- Green (G): 560 ± 16 nm- Red (R): 650 ± 16 nm- Red Edge (RE): 730 ± 16 nm- Near infrared (NIR): 860 ± 26 nm
Data were collected from 38 fields, each surveyed twice during the growing season at different vegetation stages.The average field size is approximately 1 ha.
The imagery was acquired at an altitude of 28 m above ground level,resulting in a ground sampling distance (GSD) of approximately 1.3 cm/pixel.
## Structure of the datasetEach top-level directory corresponds to a single field and contains two subdirectories (March and May) representing the acquisition month.Each month-specific directory contains the reconstructed multispectral orthophotos for the corresponding survey.Additionally, the file `damaged_fields.json` provides identifiers of fields affected by wildlife damage.
Due to Zenodo size limit, only part of the dataset is published. Full dataset available upon request.
