Distribution of sports club memberships in Japan 2022, by age group and status

According to a survey conducted in Japan between June and July of 2022, the age group with the highest rate of currently active sports club memberships were the 18 to 19-year-olds at more than 29 percent. Except for seniors above 70, all other age groups had a below 20 percent active membership rate.

根据2022年6月至7月在日本进行的一项调查，目前活跃的体育俱乐部会员率最高的年龄段为18至19岁，占比超过29%。除70岁以上的老年人外，所有其他年龄段的活动会员率均低于20%。
