Supplementary Table S8. Angles of 1st zygotic cleavage after ICSI.

After ICSI, an invariant view of the oocytes and their fist cleavage was secured by holding the sperm-injected oocytes physically immobilized one at a time in the micromanipulation chamber for 24 h. Pictures were taken twice, first at the time of ICSI and then 24 h later at the early 2-cell stage. These pictures were used to measure the angle subtended between the initial A-V axis of 22 individual oocytes and their cleavage axis.
