Capture primers were designed using tRNA genes. Chloroplast genomes were isolated using magnetic beads and directly sequenced with MinION. Reads were assembled with Canu and tested for alternative conformations. Almost 50:50 relationships of canonical and inverted SSC chloroplasts were found.
