Sales value of organic cured meats in Italy 2020, by product

During the first seven months of 2020, bresaola was the top selling organic cured meat in Italy, with a total sales value of 2,132 thousand euros. Organic baked ham and roasts followed in the ranking with less than 1.5 million euros each.
