The CamiCre, one of the widely used CamK2a-Cre mouse lines, has shown abnormalities on the molecular level when compared to wild-type controls. We performed the TLA analysis in order to: 1- Study the inserted vector integrity. 2- Identify vector integration sites. 3- Assess the presence of structural variants around the vector integration sites. 4- Estimate the copy number of vector.
