2020-2022中国典型生态系统森林植物群落特征数据集

本数据集于2020-2022年对中国20个典型森林生态系统野外站点开展规范的野外调查样品采集测试工作，其以小样方为单位编组，记录乔木层物种的生长与分布格局，构建了覆盖中国典型森林生态系统类型的一套系统的野外调查数据集。本数据集包含了森林群落结构数据集和森林群落特征数据集两部分。森林群落结构数据集包括：通量站名，生态系统类型，调查样方号，物种名，平均高度，数量，不同器官生物量（叶，枝，干，根），地上生物量。森林群落特征数据集包括：通量站名，生态系统类型，经度，纬度，样方号，样方面积，样方不同器官生物量，优势种多度，丰富度和优势种高度等数据。数据以站点为单元。数据集包含1个excel表，2个sheet表，总计1369条记录。所有数据可完全开放共享。

This dataset was developed via standardized field sampling and laboratory analyses conducted at 20 representative forest ecosystem field stations across China from 2020 to 2022. It is structured by small sample plots, recording the growth and distribution patterns of arbor layer species, and constitutes a systematic field survey dataset covering all typical forest ecosystem types in China.

This dataset comprises two parts: the forest community structure dataset and the forest community characteristic dataset. The forest community structure dataset includes: flux station name, ecosystem type, survey plot ID, species name, average height, individual count, biomass of different organs (leaf, branch, stem, root), and aboveground biomass. The forest community characteristic dataset includes: flux station name, ecosystem type, longitude, latitude, plot ID, plot area, biomass of different organs within the plot, abundance of dominant species, species richness, and height of dominant species, among other metrics.

All data are organized by station as the fundamental unit. The dataset consists of 1 Excel spreadsheet with 2 worksheets, containing a total of 1369 records. All data are fully open for sharing.
