Post-Harvey E. Coli Levels in Houston

Measurements of Escherichia coli (E. coli) levels in water and swab samples collected from various locations in Houston post-hurricane Harvey. Sampling was conducted by staff at the Houston Health Department and Baylor College of Medicine / New York Times. The geographic coordinates of sample locations, along with the seven year geometric mean for E. Coli levels at locations where the City of Houston conducts regular monitoring are also included in the data. This dataset contains public data. A superset of this dataset containing additional samples collected by researchers at Rice University is available on the Urban Data Platform, but access to it requires authorization for now.
