This dataset contains synchronized EEG and IMU recordings from 20 healthy adult participants during passive lower-limb flexion-extension movements at 1.0 Hz using a motorized rehabilitation pedaling device. EEG signals were recorded using a 16-channel wireless system at 500 Hz and are stored in BioSemi-compatible <code>.bdf</code> format. Lower-limb acceleration data were collected via a three-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU), provided in both raw Xsens <code>.mtb</code> format and exported <code>.txt</code> format.Each participant folder includes the raw EEG file, IMU signals, and segmented EEG–IMU data at multiple time windows (30s, 60s, 90s, 120s). The preprocessed IMU signal (<code>acc_norm.txt</code>) was used to compute corticokinematic coherence (CKC). Group-level CKC values across EEG channels at 120 s are provided in <code>coherence_acc-eeg.xlsx</code>, and visualized in <code>CKC across all EEG channel.png</code>.The dataset supports research on proprioceptive function, cortico-kinematic coupling, and EEG–IMU synchronization. All files are organized following standardized naming conventions and are shared under a CC BY 4.0 license.
