Serum Amyloid A (SAA) Transcriptomics Sequencing on enteroid

The study performed High Throughput Transcriptomics Sequencing after injecting Serum Amyloid A (SAA) a prominent member of the acute phase response (APR) into a enteroid cell line. SAA remains remarkably conserved throughout mammalian evolution. The goal of the study was to compare the transcription levels when injecting the entire SAA protein versus a 10-mer version of the protein.
