资源简介:
14 variables in columns and 21 461 tree rings of Quercus robur 1. Patch : a letter is the name of each of the 15 forest stands 2. Tree : tree name. Example : K_001_A means K = stand, 001 = tree number in this stand, A = name of the cored stem when a tree was multi-stemmed 3. Year : tree-ring year 4. RW : ring width (mm) 5. DC : Distance between the pith and the first tree-ring on the core (mm); DC = 0 when the cored reached the pith 6. SupTR : Supplementary Tree Ring = number of missed tree-rings when the core did not reach the pith. SupTR = 0 when the core crossed the pith (bravo) 7. RingAge : tree-ring cambial age, i.e. tree-ring number from the pith, taking into annount SupTR. The series begins at 1 when the core reached the pith 8. CumRay : Cumulated radius of the tree from the pith to the current year (cm); it takes into account DC 9. BA : Basal Area (cm2) ; stem area under bark at the current year at the height of coring 10. BAI : Basal Area Increment (cm2) ; wood area of the tree-ring 11. Corrector = BATree/BaStem. This ratio allows to correct the growth for multi-stemmed trees. We cored only one stem per tree but the wood was produced in all the stems 12. BAc = BA * corrector (cm2) 13. BAIc = BAI * corrector (cm2). This the best estimator of the annual growth of the tree. 14. GI : Growth Index (%). This is the standardized BAIc taking into account the effect of cambial age (Regional Curve Standardization method)
