This file contains data from the paper "Local selection underlies the geographic distribution of sex-ratio drive in Drosophila neotestacea." These data are the microsatellite data used in this paper. It is in the format required for the program Structure. Included here are 7 autosomal loci from each of 468 individuals from a total 16 populations. Each individual is labelled pop-#, with the pop the abbreviation for the population and the number the fly number from that particular population. See the above paper for a description of the population abbreviations. All individuals are wild-caught flies. See Dyer 2007 Molecular Ecology Notes for a description of the seven loci.
