Oxford Nanopore Sequencing of the Whole Genome of Opuntia cochenillifera

This submission presents the whole genome sequencing data of Opuntia cochenillifera using Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT). Samples were collected from Eastern China Conservation Centre for Wild Endangered Plant Resources, and the study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the entire genome, covering nuclear and organellar components. The dataset includes long reads generated by ONT sequencing technology, offering insights into the structural and functional aspects of the Opuntia cochenillifera genome.
