收藏资源简介:
Overview This repository contains data for the following manuscript: Meta-analysis reveals a universal microbiome signature for colorectal cancer irrespective of onset age and sequencing method Selin Pekel*, Nicolai Karcher*, Morgan Essex, Fabian Springer, Stefano Romano, Quinten R. Ducarmon, Christian Schudoma, Martin Larralde, Alberto Lupatin, Sebastian Zeissig, Michael Zimmermann, Georg Zeller File descriptions Metadata.all.samples.tsv — Harmonized per-sample metadata for all samples included in the meta-analysis (both 16S and WGS), covering study/cohort, country, sequencing assay, case/control status, CRC stage and localization where available, age, age-of-onset group, sex, and BMI. Relab.all.samples.tsv — Taxonomic relative abundances across all samples (16S + WGS), harmonized to a common genus-level taxonomy. GMMs.relab.wgs.samples.tsv — Gut Metabolic Module (GMM) relative abundances (Vieira-Silva et al., 2016) quantified from WGS samples only across all WGS studies. VFGs.relab.wgs.samples.tsv — Virulence factor gene relative abundances quantified from WGS samples only across all WGS studies. All.KEGG.ko.combined.scaled.together.tsv — KEGG Ortholog (KO) abundance profiles, combined across all WGS studies. All.KEGG.modules.combined.scaled.together.tsv — KEGG Module-level abundance profiles, combined across all WGS studies. All.KEGG.pathways.combined.scaled.together.tsv — KEGG Pathway-level abundance profiles, combined across all WGS studies.
