INVIOLABILITY OF PROPERTY OWNERS IN THE ACQUISITION OF LAND PLOTS FOR STATE AND PUBLIC NEEDS: LEGAL GUARANTEES OF PROPERTY COMPENSATION, CONTROVERSIES IN DETERMINING MARKET VALUE, AND ANALYSIS OF JUDICIAL PRACTICE

The right to the inviolability of property is one of the fundamental constitutional rights guaranteed to individuals residing within the territory of any democratic state governed by the rule of law that recognizes human rights and freedoms. In particular, this rule is established in Article 53 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to which private property is inviolable and protected by the state.
