MyDiv Soil Nematode Sequencing

This study aims to examine how tree species richness and mycorrhizal association types jointly shape understory herbaceous vegetation and soil nematode communities in forest ecosystems. Using a factorial forest biodiversity experiment with arbuscular, ectomycorrhizal, and mixed mycorrhizal tree communities, we investigate both direct and indirect pathways linking aboveground plant diversity to belowground soil nematode biodiversity.
