Stream and groundwater dissolved organic carbon (DOC) concentrations along a boreal headwater

Dataset supporting the manuscript entitled "Groundwater flow paths drive longitudinal patterns of stream dissolved organic carbon (DOC) concentrations in boreal landscapes" published in Hydrology and Earth System Sciences.
