This dataset contains transcriptomic count matrices and associated sample metadata from zebrafish embryo exposures to GenX and PFOA used in the study “Sensitive Transcriptomic Points of Departure for GenX and PFOA: Implications for PFAS Risk Assessment Using Zebrafish Embryos.” Embryos were exposed across a concentration range of 2.5–25,000 µg/L under OECD TG 236 conditions, and RNA‑seq data were processed to enable differential expression, transcriptomic point of departure (tPOD) derivation, and pathway‑level sensitivity analyses. The accompanying analysis code is openly available in a dedicated GitHub repository, which provides R scripts to reproduce the main results reported in the manuscript.
