This is a set of 200687 sketches of RefSeq genomic records, one per TaxID with associated sequence. Some are duplicated in the case of organelles (e.g. a main genome and mitochondrial sketch with the same TaxID). They are intended for use with BBTools ddlcompare.sh and quickclade.sh tools (see bbmap.org).
