Code for producing a consistent and corrected nighttime light dataset (CCNL 1992-2013) from DMSP-OLS data

The DMSP-OLS NTL product suffers from three main problems, i.e.inter-annual inconsistency, saturation, and blooming effect which will affect the accuracy of urban extraction and the estimation of the social-economic indexes.
