资源简介:
Abl kinases, which are required for multiple cellular processes, including proliferation, apoptosis, adhesion, cell migration, and stress responses, widely participate in the regulation of gene transcription. To illustrate the role of Abl kinase in gene expression, the transcription of approximately 22,000 genes in wild-type (WT) and c-abl/arg knockout MEFs was detected using Affymetrix GeneChips (Mouse Genome 430 2.0). Wild-type and c-abl/arg knockout MEFs (Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts) were extracted RNA and hybridizated on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to illustrate the role of Abl kinases in gene expression. To that end, we respectively extract the RNA of wild-type MEFs (MEF-WT) and c-abl/arg knockout MEFs (DKO) with three repeats, named with MEF-WT-1, MEF-WT-2, MEF-WT-3, DKO-1, DKO-2 and DKO-3.
