Transcriptome analysis of Panax vienamensis var. fuscidiscus treated with MejA for different time

Panax vienamensis var. fuscidiscus is rich in OCT-type ginsenosides, they are well known for the physiological activities including anti-stress, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, and hepatoprotective effects, but the biosynthetic pathway is currently unclear. Perform transcriptome sequencing of different tissues treated with MejA for different time for pathway and key enzyme gene screening and functional characterization.
