For a 100KVA main transformer, copper materials account for approximately 55% of the total cost, while silicon steel sheets make up roughly 35%. Thus, the pricing of power transformers must be linked to the raw materials copper and silicon steel sheets. This method acquires price fluctuations of copper and silicon steel sheets, determines the price linkage coefficients for each raw material via the price linkage coefficient formula, and combines the performance price equation and these coefficients to predict the performance price of the main transformer. This approach can predict the performance price of the main transformer based on the price trends of copper and silicon steel sheets and the price linkage coefficients, eliminating the issue of poor matching between the main transformer's performance price and current market prices, and ensuring the supply of materials for power grid operations. The price linkage coefficients k1 and k2 for each raw material are determined using the price linkage coefficient formula: Price linkage coefficient = (absolute value of the change in the material's relevant factors) / (absolute value of the change in the material's price), where the change is calculated as the absolute difference between the bid date and six months prior to performance. Here, k1 is the price linkage coefficient for copper, and k2 is that for silicon steel sheets. The performance price P1 is calculated as: P1 = P0 + k1 × (B1 - A1) + k2 × (B2 - A2), where: P0 is the bid unit price at the time of tendering; A1 is the closing daily average price of copper on the bid date, and A2 is the closing daily average price of silicon steel sheets on the bid date; B1 is the closing daily average price of copper six months before performance, and B2 is the closing daily average price of silicon steel sheets six months before performance. 4. Data Application: Calculate the performance price P1 of the main transformer, then compare it with the current market price P2 of the 100KVA main transformer. If 0.85 ≤ P1/P2 ≤ 1.1, the matching degree is rated as high; otherwise, the matching degree is rated as low.
