BIOL 2050 Lab#2: DBH and distance between pairs of trees at least twice as tall as me

Pairs of trees that were at least twice as tall as myself (5'6") were observed. Their DBH (diabeter at breast height) were measured, as well as the distance in between the two. The first tree was chosen at random and its partner was the closest tree that met the twice as tall requirement. Condition of the trees were observed and determined based on the amount of leaves branches and canopy on the tree. Observations were made in the woodlot of York University
