This upload contains 16 raw gene expression (GEX) datasets of 8 GCA patients (GCA1 to GCA8) and 8 healthy controls (C2 to C9) along with their corresponding TCR profiling (TCR) datasets.
It also contains the metadata file from the integrated Seurat Object of the 16 datasets after processing it with Seurat v4.4
