Stripe rust fungus subverts wheat phase separation mediated immunity to promote infection

This dataset contains RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) data from TaPSTE-knockout wheat lines (TaPSTE-ko) challenged with the Puccinia striiformis f.sp. tritici (Cyr230H) strain, at two time points: 24 hours (24h) and 48 hours (48h) post-infection (hpi). The goal of this study was to investigate the transcriptional changes induced by P. striiformis infection in wheat lines deficient in the TaPSTE gene, which is implicated in the host's immune response.
