Prevelance, genetic diversity and biological characterization of Black mullberry idaeovirus (BMIV) in Turkiye and Iran

This study surveys the prevalence and genetic diversity of Black mulberry idaeovirus (BMIV) infecting Morus nigra in different regions of Turkiye and Iran. High-throughput sequencing and confirmatory analyses were used to detect BMIV, characterize its genome, and compare isolates for phylogenetic and biological characterization.
