miRNA and gene expression of liver mononuclear cells from mouse with macrophage activation syndrome.

Macrophage activation syndrome (MAS) was induced in C57Bl/6 female mice by repeated ( 5 doses) administration (intraperitoneal) of CpG. Liver mononuclear cells (MNCs) were isolated from control and MAS mice, and miRNA and RNA sequencing were performed to find out the expression patterns of miRNAs and genes during the occurrence of MAS.
