Whole genome sequencing and assembly of denitrifying soil isolates

Whole genome sequencing of denitrifying bacteria isolated from soils in and around Urbana, IL from 2018-2019. The purpose of this study was to develop a predictive mapping between the genomic content of denitrification-related genes to observed dynamics of nitrate and nitrite reduction.
