RNAseq of Baryscapus dioryctriae

B.dioryctriae (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae), a newly recorded species in my country, was found in cone pests collected in Jilin and Heilongjiang Province from 2012 to 2016. It is a parasitic wasp of pupa and larvae of Dioryctria pryeri and Dioryctria abietella. D. pryeri and D. abietella belong to Lepidoptera Pyralidae, which is a large class of conifer cone pests. The larvae eat the stems, cones and young shoots of the cones, which are highly competitive and cause serious damage. This study is devoted to analyzing its transcriptome data analysis research to provide gene targets for future pest control.
