TSG ameliorates chronic neuroinflammation-induced learning and memory impairment via regulating the Gm2436 gene
收藏资源简介:
Background: Neuronal functional damage caused by neuroinflammation is the main manifestation of neurodegenerative diseases, and neuroinflammation is closely associated with the development of neurodegenerative diseases. Methods: Male C57BL/6J mice at 6-8 weeks of age were injected intraperitoneally with 0.3 mg/kg LPS once daily for 7 days. Evaluate the learning and memory abilities of mice through Y-maze, nest building, and morris water maze tests, Detecting pathological changes in mice through immunofluorescence, through RNA sequencing, Real-time quantitative PCR, and Western Blotting analysis of stilbene glycoside TSG target of action, and microelectrode arrays detection of electrophysiologic function of rat primary hippocampal neurons. Conclusions: The research results indicate that TSG may alleviate chronic inflammation, reduced neuronal synaptic damage, improved neuronal electrophysiological dysfunction and learning and memory disorders in mice via modulation the Gm2436 gene.
