Using RNA sequencing, we profile transcriptome dervied from human normal gastric, intestinal and IM organoids. Normal gastric, intestinal and IM organoids were cultured in standard gastric/intestinal organoid medium, respectively. Five IM organoids were cultured in vitro for over 6 months. **Please note that raw data is not provided due to subject privacy concerns**
