Functional gene map

The network visualization highlights the genes nodes belonging to specific functional areas in different colors. SNPs and pathways are colored in gray, and they differ only for the shape of the nodes: triangle and circle, respectively. The color coding system can be found in the table and is further explained on visualization by clicking on the nodes or lines. The color coding system is as follows: yellow - regulation; forest green - cellular-metabolism; lime green - cellular-interaction; grey - development; orange - tissue-remodelling; fuschia - homeostasis- organismal; pink - detoxification; magenta - inflammation; maroon - metabolism-organismal; red - cellular-structure; black - unknown; blue - lung function; sky blue - addiction
