通过采集、分析中高压电器产业中各企业在高压断路器及其分支技术领域的专利数据总量和各分支技术领域的占比,可用于了解高压断路器领域专利分布情况。通过与基准值进行对比,可以了解各企业在高压断路器领域各技术分支的技术创新能力、创新水平差异,为企业研发决策、专利布局等活动提供参考。算法规则包括以下几个方面:1.数据采集:查找和整理中高压电气产业企业,通过国家知识产权局和第三方知识产权检索网站以及本公司自建专利数据库,对企业在高压断路器领域专利数量进行采集,根据专利的创新点差异,分为不同的分支技术领域,包括触头灭弧系统模块、壳体结构模块、操作机构模块、控制模块、其他模块。2.数据处理:计算得到各企业的专利总数X,触头灭弧系统模块专利数量/专利总数X=触头灭弧系统模块专利在专利总量中的占比,壳体结构模块专利数量/专利总数X=壳体结构模块专利的占比,操作机构模块专利数量/专利总数X=操作机构模块专利的占比,控制模块专利数量/专利总数X= 控制模块专利的占比,其他模块专利数量/专利总数X=其他模块专利的占比。
By collecting and analyzing the total number of patents and the proportion of each technical sub-field held by enterprises in the medium- and high-voltage electrical industry regarding high-voltage circuit breakers and their related technical sub-fields, this dataset can be used to understand the patent distribution in the high-voltage circuit breaker field. By comparing with benchmark values, it is possible to identify the differences in technological innovation capabilities and innovation levels of each enterprise across various technical sub-fields of high-voltage circuit breakers, providing references for enterprises' R&D decision-making, patent layout and other related activities. The algorithm rules include the following aspects: 1. Data Collection: Identify and organize enterprises in the medium- and high-voltage electrical industry, collect the number of patents held by these enterprises in the field of high-voltage circuit breakers via the National Intellectual Property Administration of China, third-party intellectual property retrieval websites, and the company's self-built patent database. Classify the patents into different technical sub-fields based on their innovation points, including contact arc-extinguishing system module, enclosure structure module, operating mechanism module, control module, and other modules. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the total number of patents X for each enterprise. Then compute the proportion of each technical sub-field as follows: the proportion of patents in the contact arc-extinguishing system module = (number of patents in contact arc-extinguishing system module) / X; the proportion of patents in the enclosure structure module = (number of patents in enclosure structure module) / X; the proportion of patents in the operating mechanism module = (number of patents in operating mechanism module) / X; the proportion of patents in the control module = (number of patents in control module) / X; the proportion of patents in other modules = (number of patents in other modules) / X.
