Heterogeneity of Purkinje cells orchestrates cerebellar development

In this study, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing of E16.5 and E18.5 mouse cerebella to analyze diversity in in Purkinje cells during development. Single-cell or single-nuclei suspensions of embryonic mouse cerebellum were prepared following the protocols recommended by 10x Genomics. Subsequently, samples were processed with the 10X Genomics Chromium Kits.本研究针对E16.5与E18.5阶段的小鼠小脑开展单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing），以解析发育进程中浦肯野细胞（Purkinje cells）的多样性。我们遵循10x Genomics推荐的实验方案，制备了胚胎小鼠小脑的单细胞或单细胞核悬液。随后，采用10X Genomics Chromium试剂盒对样本进行后续处理。
