云融衍数-融资租赁业务最低收益率定价模型

通过对项目融资规模、资金成本以及市场收益、风险因子、资金使用场景等搭建收益率定价指标体系，进一步结合层次分析法、计量经济学、人工智能等技术措施，以项目为主体进行最低收益率定价模型构建，在确保定价科学、合理的基础上，为计量收益和风险、进行资金配置等提供智能化决策支撑。

By establishing a yield pricing indicator system encompassing project financing scale, capital cost, market returns, risk factors, capital usage scenarios and other relevant factors, this study further integrates technologies such as the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), econometrics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop a minimum yield pricing model centered on individual projects. While ensuring the scientificity and rationality of the pricing, it provides intelligent decision-making support for quantifying returns and risks, allocating capital and other related tasks.
