Data for: Geometric and statistical techniques for projective mapping of chocolate chip cookies with a large number of consumers

Projective mapping data for nine commercial chocolate chip cookies, as provided by 349 consumers participating in the study, of which 53% were female and 47% male, ranged between 16 and 30 years old.
The first column corresponds to the labels of the samples. After that, each block of two columns corresponds to a consumer and contains the (x,y)-coordinates where that consumer positioned the sample in that row.
- Consumers 1 to 28 were students from the Alonso Berruguete high school (14 to 18 years-old) in Palencia, during the academic year 2017-18.
- Consumers 29 to 56 were Master students from the Universidad de Valladolid (23 to 30 years-old) in Palencia, during the academic year 2017-18.
- Consumers 57 to 78 were from the La Santa Espina professional school (18 to 30 years-old) in Valladolid, during the academic year 2017-18.
- Consumers 79 to 117 were from several high schools (14 to 18 years-old) at the Universidad de Valladolid open day in Valladolid, during the academic year 2017-18.
- Consumers 118 to 135 were from the Catalina de Lancaster high school (14 to 18 years-old) in Segovia, during the academic year 2017-18.
- Consumers 136 to 161 were from the Safa-Grial high school (14 to 18 years-old) in Valladolid, during the academic year 2018-19.
- Consumers 162 to 190 were students from the Alonso Berruguete high school (14 to 18 years-old) in Palencia, during the academic year 2018-19.
- Consumers 191 to 219 were Master students from the Universidad de Valladolid (23 to 30 years-old) in Palencia, during the academic year 2018-19.
- Consumers 220 to 296 were from several high schools (14 to 18 years-old) at the Universidad de Valladolid open day in Valladolid, during the academic year 2018-19.
- Consumers 297 to 325 were from the Santo Domingo de Guzmán high school (14 to 18 years-old) in Palencia, during the academic year 2018-19.
- Consumers 326 to 349 were from the Ezequiel González high school (14 to 18 years-old) in Segovia, during the academic year 2018-19.
